Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer regulations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason.

Return Conditions & Hygiene Standards

Due to hygiene, safety, and health protection standards for cosmetic products:

• Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

• Any product that has been unsealed, opened, or altered cannot be returned or refunded.

To initiate a return request, please contact our support team at contact@misuya.com with your order number. Our team will provide the appropriate return address and detailed instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs and tracking are the sole responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. The amount will automatically be credited back to your original payment method.
